I started at 212lbs and have a goal of 170lbs currently at 183lbs, almost there. At 39 years old this is the hardest I've worked to lose weight, it definitely gets harder the older you get.
Go from my starting weight of 287lb to 180lb. My latest weight is 266lb.
Then post a composite picture with my starting and end weight without the facial blurring and big smile.
To stop making excuses and get back in shape. Been putting off my triathlon bucket list for years
I would possibly be interested! I have fallen off the wagon and weigh more now than I ever have in my 36 years. I need a week or two to recover from surgery I just had, but I will get back with you.
I'm sure, or hope, that if you are on here you are trying to get in better shape. I certainly am!
Like most I struggle with motivation. I'd love to find an accountability partner. Like a support system where we lean on and push each other to our goals.
If anyone is interested, please just drop me a note or reply here.
Interesting! I have stopped....ok, cut WAY back on coffee. I might have a cup or 2 each week. I think I'll try it! I can always pass it on to my husband if it makes me tweak out. LOL
Oh yeah, about the caffeine. I had my first panic attack a couple weeks ago, and so I did a ton of research on caffeine to see if that had caused it (I had drank like 8 diet mountain dews over the course of an all-nighter).
It seems that the consensus was that caffeine doesn't necessarily cause anxiety, but if you already have anxiety, caffeine can make it worse. With that said, since you already obviously tolerate caffeine, I think you'll be fine as long as you don't take like 5 scoops of PWO.
I used to be on prozac (the once a week pill), and it always messed with my stomach. Since then, I've been on sertraline (zoloft), which is also an SSRI. I am fine with PWO's.The main 3 ingredients in "traditional" PWO's (that I have found) are caffeine, beta-alanine (which gives you the "tingling" sensation) and taurine (for extra blood flow). There are, of course, other ingredients mixed in the various brands. If you're fine with coffee, I doubt a PWO is going to hurt you. The t
I take 20 mg of Fluoxetine (Prozac) a day for anxiety. I'm wanting to add a pre-workout thermogenic drink to my workouts but I'm finding mixed opinions. A lot of them say that if you have anxiety to stay away from a pre-workout because it makes it worse do to the caffeine. However, I'm a coffee drinker (sometimes a double shot of espresso added!) and it doesn't affect my anxiety- just keeps me focused and energized. I'm thinking that I'd be fine. Anyone have any thoughts?
Has anyone done this? If so, were you happy with the results and/or value for the money?
